Caravan Storage is for customers who regularly use Birchwood Tourist Park for the majority of their stays, subject to availability. We are unable to offer storage when the caravan leaves the Park.
Outside storage for a caravan is £14 per week, with effect from 1st March 2024.
In addition there is a towing fee of £6.50 each way between the storage area and a pre-booked pitch.
The Storage rate is charged throughout, including when the caravan is occupied for all stays or bookings on a pitch when the seasonal tariff also applies.
All Storage fees are payable in advance. Payment may be set up by monthly standing order, or a pre-payment to cover 4 months by BACs or by card payment in person (we are unable to accept card payments over the telephone).
All units must be insured prior to entering Storage and a Storage Agreement Form must be completed with the details.

Rate for undercover storage is £19.25 per week (1st March to 31st October only) from 1st March 2023 and generally has summer (March to October) availability.
Winter (November to end of February) undercover storage is limited and charged by caravan shipping length, please contact us for more information.
Any boats or jet-skis on a trailer or trailers bought on to the Park must be stored in our storage area. They cannot be parked on the pitch. This must be pre-arranged with Reception to ensure availability and a fee will be charged as listed on the tariff.
