Seasonal Pitches

Our Seasonal pitches are for your caravan or motorhome to be sited on a pitch from the 1st March to 31st October and can be visited by the caravan owner and close family during this time for recreational & holiday use. The pitches are allocated at the end of the season and over the winter months and full payment is due at the beginning of the year.

Seasonal pitch types include:

Gravel 10 amp electric hook up             OR

Gravel or block-paved Semi-Serviced   OR

Gravel or block-paved Fully-Serviced pitches (16 amp electric hook up)

Semi serviced pitches have water tap & TV connection socket and Fully-Serviced pitches have these facilities plus a waste outlet point

Prices for 2024 Season from £3300 to £4070 plus electricity.

The cost of the electricity is in addition to the initial fee, with each pitch assigned an electricity card which you top-up at Reception, depending upon your usage throughout the season.

For the winter months (31st October to 1st March) part of the Park closes so all units are removed from the gravel Seasonal Pitches with winter storage being an option. If you wish to stay over the winter months our Hard-Standing Fully-Serviced pitches are open, so we can tow your caravan from storage (for towing fee each way) to a pitch, the stay charged at the nightly tariff.
