Pitch Types
1 Choose from four types of pitch, either A, B, C or D
One pitch charge is allocated for one unit, one car, and includes an awning OR gazebo if applicable.
2 Then add each appropriate number of additions to the pitch charge:
Additional charges for each of the following, depending upon season:

Adults (18 years and over)

Children (3 years to 17 years) Under 3 years old FREE

Dogs (all pets should be well-behaved and kept on a short lead, please pick up dog mess and dispose of correctly)

Extra Car or Visitor Cars, must be parked as directed

A. Serviced pitch: Block Paved Hard Standing* OR Gravel OR Grass
Includes
1. Water connection point
2. TV connection socket (Freeview channels)
3. Electric hook-up socket (15/16 amp)
4. Sewerage/waste outlet
Suitable for caravans, motor-caravans & RVs, campervans, trailer tents and tents.
Pitch length variable of either 7 metres (23ft), 8m (26ft) and 10m (32ft) long.

B. Semi Serviced Pitch: Block Paved Hard Standing* or Grass
Includes
1. Water connection point
2. TV connection socket (Freeview channels)
3. Electric hook-up socket (15/16 amps)
Suitable for caravans, motor-caravans, campervans, trailer tents and tents.
Pitch sizes variable, length of 8m (26ft).
*Block-paved Hard Standing with gravel area for awning, and grass area

C. Electric Pitch: Grass or Gravel
Pitch with electric hook up point (10 amp) mainly on grass, limited gravel pitches available.
Suitable for caravans, motor-caravans, campervans, trailer tents and tents.
Pitch sizes from 5 metres wide (15ft) and variable length of either 7 metres (23ft), 8m (26ft) and 9m (29.5ft) long.

D. Non electric Pitch: Grass
Grass pitch for units not requiring electric hook up.
Suitable for caravan, motorhomes, campervans, trailer tent or tents: pitches suitable for any size
